One thing people tell me all the time is that I am very busy on my weekends. And it's true. While I love relaxing, St. Louis has so many fun events every weekend that it's hard to stay home! So each week I'll be posting a handful of fun things #ToDointheLou! Here's just a few of the amazing events I'm RSVPing to this weekend.
- LouFest: It's here, it's here! Loufest is such an amazing event in St. Louis and it has grown so much since it started. This year there's a great mix of artists to enjoy in our beautiful Forest Park. You'll for sure find me dancing the weekend away to Chris Stapleton, Shakey Graves, LCD Sound System and Greensky Bluegrass. Plus there will be tons of local eats in the Nosh Pit. (Friday & Saturday - gates open at 11:00 am.)
- Food Truck Friday: We're getting close to the end of the Sauce Magazine Food Truck Fridays, so now's your chance to grab a blanket and some friends to enjoy all the tasty trucks plus a pint from Four Hands or UCBC. (Friday 4:00pm in Tower Grove Park)
- Harry Potter at Powell Hall: The opening notes of the Harry Potter score already send tingles of excitement down my spine. So the chance to hear it played by the St. Louis Symphony is a dream come true! The event is sold out but there are standing room tickets still available. (Friday-Sunday at Powell Hall)
- St. Louis Craft Cocktail Party: Our city knows how to make a mean cocktail and this weekend kicks off a week of celebrating all that is special of craft cocktails. It's a free event at Lafayette Square Park. Live music and you can purchase tickets for cocktails. (Saturday 6:00-10:00pm)
