On my way to work today, the windows were half way down, the sun was shining, and my current favorite song (Greatest Love Story by Lanco) was on the radio. I was overcome by such a feeling of happiness. And on this Thanksgiving, I am so grateful for this life.
I am so thankful for my dysfunctional but perfect in their own way family. I miss my sisters so much, but love that we have a relationship that crosses states and oceans. I love that I can have dinner and lunch with my parents, or stop by for a quick hello.
Matt has made life so full of happiness. I love our little life we've built, from our apartment to our Sunday routine. I can't wait to see how we continue to grow together.
I have been so happy at work this year. I've had the chance to tell some really great stories, stories that make me happy to tell but also that make a difference.
Of course I can complain about how overbooked I am, and that I've taken on too many things but I know I wouldn't have it any other way. I am so thankful for the opportunities I've been given this year, from playing a larger role in different organizations to the exciting events, but more importantly, the people I've met.
I am so very thankful that work brought me back to St. Louis. This community makes me so happy to get up each day and explore what it has to offer. Thank you to all the incredible and supportive people who help us all thrive. I am in such awe of the people working to make this city a better place for everyone.
Thank you all for following along this crazy journey of life and for giving me this platform and space to share a little bit of me with the world.
Welcome to my blog! Here you'll find a behind the scenes look at the day-to-day life of a TV news reporter. I have a love for food, traveling and all things St. Louis. This is a place for me to write a bit more about my passions.
