Anyone who knows me, knows that I'm a planner. I am obsessed with to-do lists and absolutly love having a physical planner (This is the one I have). There's something so cathartic about actually crossing off an item in pen. That's why I am always a big fan of New Year's resolutions. As I mentioned in my last post (looking back on last year's resolutions) , it's a great way to set your intentions for the new year.
One of the things I've learned over the years is to set specific, attainable goals. That doesn't mean don't dream big, but it means take a hard look at those dreams and figure out what steps you can take to achieve them. I'm breaking down my goals into work and personal.
First up, work. One of the biggest priorities over all this year is to really take the time to be thankful for what I have. I have a job that I love, but I still find myself complaining on the regular. Doesn't everyone? So here are the things I'm going to do to make this my best work year.
